Insurance

I am currently in-network with a handful of insurance companies including UCare, Medica, and United Healthcare. I am also in network with certain providers for people who have Medical Assistance.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance provider, I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement will depend on your individual insurance plan.​​

Due to the rising costs of healthcare, insurance benefits have increasingly become more complex. Please know that in your individual situation, there may be advantages to choosing self (private) pay. Self pay allows for greater freedom in the type(s), availability, and duration of treatment to get to the root of the problems you are facing, which may increase the efficacy and personalization of treatment. If you have questions about your unique situation, please bring it up at your next appointment.

Rates & Payment

• Consultations are offered free of charge. These are 30-minute appointments and take place virtually via phone or tele-video.
• Diagnostic assessments, also called an intake, are $220. These appointments and take place virtually or in-person.
• Standard sessions are $160-200 for up to 60 minutes. These can take place virtually or in-person.
• I do offer sessions in your home or in a safe community location. These are cash pay sessions and cost $100/hour (including travel time).
